Payment Terms

1. Overview

These Payment Terms govern all purchases made on the SinglesPop platform, regardless of where or how you complete the purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms in full.

All purchases are final. SinglesPop does not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any completed transaction, except as described in Section 3 below.

2. Balloon Credits

Balloon credits are virtual items that allow you to open additional match balloons beyond your one free daily balloon. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for real currency or other items.

• Credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment.
• Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
• Credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred to another user.
• If your account is terminated for a violation of our Terms of Use, any remaining credits are forfeited without compensation.

3. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for balloon credits or any other purchases made on SinglesPop.

The one exception is a platform error directly caused by us: if you spend a balloon credit to open a match and the match profile fails to reveal due to a confirmed technical issue on our end, we will restore that credit to your account. To report such an issue, contact us at support@singlespop.com within 7 days of the incident with your account email and the approximate date and time it occurred. We will review the report and restore the credit if the error is confirmed on our side.

This exception does not apply to situations where a match was revealed but you were unsatisfied with the result, or where the failure was caused by your device, internet connection, or other factors outside our control.

4. No Guarantee of Results

SinglesPop is a matchmaking platform, not a guarantee of romantic outcomes. We do not guarantee that using our Service will result in a relationship, a date, or any specific connection.

Our matching system compares your profile, stated preferences, and compatibility signals against other users on the platform. We use an AI-powered algorithm to rank and recommend people who align with your preferences, surfacing profiles with the highest compatibility scores first. These recommendations are based on the information you and other users provide, and the accuracy of those suggestions depends on the completeness and honesty of those profiles.

Compatibility scores and match reasons are generated automatically by our system and represent an algorithmic assessment, not a personal endorsement or guarantee. You may receive excellent matches or none that feel right — this depends on who is on the platform, how profiles are filled out, and factors beyond our control.

Purchasing balloon credits gives you access to more profiles per day. It does not improve your match quality, boost your profile, or increase the likelihood of a connection beyond what the algorithm naturally produces.

5. Pricing

Balloon credit prices are displayed at the point of purchase and may change at any time. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes may be added depending on your location. The price you are shown at checkout is the final price you will be charged for that transaction.

6. Unauthorized Charges

If you believe you were charged in error or did not authorize a transaction, contact us immediately at support@singlespop.com.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Payment Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service or completion of a new purchase after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
