Delete Your Account
You have the right to delete your SinglesPop account and all associated data at any time.
Have the app? Delete from inside it.
The fastest way to request deletion is directly in the SinglesPop app. Go to Profile, scroll to the bottom, and tap Request Account Deletion. Your request will be logged immediately and processed within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our systems. This cannot be undone.
- ✕Your profile, name, photos, and bio
- ✕Your preferences and match settings
- ✕Your daily balloon history and compatibility scores
- ✕All pop requests you sent or received
- ✕All conversations and messages
- ✕Your balloon credit balance
- ✕Your KYC verification status and legal name
- ✕Your account login and session data
We may retain certain records for up to 90 days in anonymized or aggregated form for fraud prevention and legal compliance purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
How long it takes
Once your request is received, your account is flagged and you will no longer appear in other users' matches. Our team processes deletion requests within 30 days. You can cancel your request any time before deletion is completed by logging in and visiting your Profile settings.
Balloon credits
Any unused balloon credits in your account are forfeited when your account is deleted. Credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded. Please review our Payment Terms before submitting your request.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, enter the email address associated with your SinglesPop account below. We will flag your account for deletion within 30 days.
